Early Cancel. Late Cancel. No Attendance
We get it. Life happens and we want to ensure our clients have the flexibility they need to get to class, schedule their weeks ahead and simply just live a good life! Below is our cancellation and attendance policy. Any questions please reach out directly to us to help mitigate any issues that may arise. We are here to help and happy to assist!
What if I am early/ late?
Studio is open for early arrival up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled class. We totally recommend you come early so you can pick your reformer and have early access to the facilities.
Entry after 5 minutes of scheduled class time is closed. This is to ensure our studio is safe and free from distractions during the class. Class begins at scheduled time allotted. This will be considered “Missed Reservation” and result in a forfeited class credit.
Group Session Early Cancel. Late Cancel/No Attendance
Early Cancel. Anything prior to the 24 hours before class
Late Cancel/ No Attendance. Anything within 24 hours of the scheduled session is considered late cancel. Class will be forfeited
All Sales are Final and Non-Refundable, Non- Transferrable
Membership Bookings, Package Bookings and Special Offer Bookings have the same cancellation and attendance policy.
Private Cancel/No Attendance
Any private session cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the loss of private credit.
Early Cancel. Anything prior to the 24 hours before appointment
All Sales are Final and Non-Refundable, Non- Transferrable
Membership Bookings, Package Bookings and Special Offer Bookings have the same cancellation and attendance policy
Membership Term Cancel
Cancel anytime with a 60 day notice
freeze 2X / year for 1 month increments
