Control Balance

Set Up and Movement:

Lie supine on the mat with your legs extended straight to the ceiling, arms alongside your body with your palms flat to the mat.

Exhale, rolling your legs over your head, bringing your feet to the floor. Pressing your arms into the mat to assist.  Circle the arms around and overhead to grip the feet.  Adjust one hand gripping the ankle and the other gripping the calf on the bottom leg. Extend top leg to the ceiling.

Switch legs and grips.  Alternating breaths with one breath one movement.


Form Check:

Stay balanced on the shoulder blades while alternating leg movements.
