Set Up and Movement:

Lie supine on the mat with legs together and extended to the ceiling. Arms extended along side with palms to the floor.  Lower legs until they are parallel to the mat.

Exhale, rolling the right side of your spine closer to the mat, lower and sweep both legs to the right. Inhale circling all the way around sweeping to the left. Exhale rolling up the left side of the spine until legs are back to parallel to the floor.

Repeat in reverse…

Form Check:

Articulate through spine. Arms press into the mat. Rolling on the shoulders, not the neck.

Props and Modifications:

Start with the Roll Over to modify.  Persons with spine injuries should not perform this move.
